Shipping

Your purchase will usually ship within 24-48 hours via USPS Priority Mail anywhere within the United States for one low, flat rate, regardless of the number of items purchased or package weight. USPS Priority Mail usually reaches its destination within 2-3 business days.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, there are restrictions on some products which cannot be shipped to international destinations.  Those purchases without international shipping restrictions will also ship within 24-48 hours via USPS Priority Mail International, also at a flat rate.

Returns Policy

Finders Keepers strives for 100% customer satisfaction. Detailed item photos and descriptions are provided to help ensure you will be completely satisfied with you purchase.  If you have any questions about your purchase, please email Customer Service so that we may better assist you.

If you do need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Return must be in their original packaging. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note that only unworn and/or unused items can be returned. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Finders Keepers will pay your return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, such as receiving an incorrect item. Please contact us if you have any questions.
